Không gì đặc trưng cho Kim cương thừa hơn là pháp hành Ngondro
Pháp thực hành Ngondro bắt nguồn từ quan điểm của Kim cương thừa. Tiếc thay, khái niệm Ngondro làm cho nhiều người bị nhầm lẫn. Dịch nguyên văn thì nó có nghĩa giống như “pháp tu dự bị”. Từ đó, ta phát sinh ý tưởng rằng nó “không thật quan trọng” hay “không phải là pháp tu chính”. Ta nghĩ rằng nó như cái gì đó cần được làm trước khi ta đi vào “pháp tu thực sự” hay “pháp tu chính”. Điều này thật đáng buồn, vì khi xâm nhập sâu vào pháp ta mới thấy rằng không gì đặc trưng cho Kim cương thừa hơn là pháp hành Ngondro.

There is nothing more distinctively Vajrayana than ngöndro practice
Ngöndro practice is rooted in the Vajrayana approach. Unfortunately, the term “ngöndro” has misled a lot of people. Literally translated, it actu- ally means something like “preliminary practices.” From this, we somehow develop the idea that this also means “not as important” or “not the main practice.” We think of it as something that we have to do before we get to the “real” or “main” practice. This is quite sad because as our study deepens, we will realize that there is nothing more distinctively Vajrayana than ngöndro practice.
